Yes. Kindred Learning works with clients across Australia. While our team operates remotely, we regularly travel to support on-location filming, stakeholder workshops and client meetings as required by each project.
Kindred Learning combines learning design, animation, video production and strategic communication expertise within a single delivery team. Unlike traditional consulting or training providers who focus on a single capability, we provide end-to-end learning, communication and multimedia solutions that align objectives, messaging and audience engagement — resulting in stronger outcomes, greater consistency and more efficient project delivery. As an Indigenous-owned and women-led business, we also bring a unique perspective and genuine cultural authority to projects involving Indigenous communities and content.

We discuss timelines during the initial scoping and discovery phase.
Animation

More complex productions involving multiple locations, talent coordination or extensive post-production may take 6 to 10 weeks or longer.
Indigenous Storytelling & Engagement
Indigenous storytelling refers to the creation of authentic, culturally informed content that reflects Indigenous voices, knowledge, perspectives and experiences. This includes video storytelling, animation, community engagement resources, awareness campaigns and learning materials that are developed in partnership with Indigenous communities and individuals.
As an Indigenous-owned business, cultural integrity is central to everything we do. We work collaboratively with Indigenous communities, Elders and knowledge holders to ensure content is developed respectfully and authentically. We follow cultural protocols and community consultation processes that support genuine representation and appropriate use of Indigenous knowledge and perspectives.
Yes. We support organisations in developing communication and learning resources that complement their Reconciliation Action Plan commitments, including cultural capability resources, awareness campaigns, Indigenous storytelling projects and stakeholder engagement materials.
Procurement

Yes. We have experience working within government procurement frameworks including standing offers, panel arrangements and open tender processes. We are happy to discuss how we can be engaged within your organisation's procurement requirements.
Yes. We provide tailored quotes and proposals for all project enquiries. We encourage potential clients to book a complimentary discovery call so we can understand your requirements before preparing a detailed proposal.
To prepare an accurate quote, it helps to understand your project objectives, target audience, approximate scope (e.g. number of modules, video duration), any existing content or materials, required delivery date and any specific format or technical requirements. The more information you can share, the more accurate and useful our proposal will be.
Project Delivery
Our projects follow a structured process including discovery and scoping, planning and strategy, content development, review and refinement, and final delivery. We assign a dedicated project manager to each engagement and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle. Clients typically have two to three rounds of review and feedback built into the production timeline.
We build structured review stages into every project. Clients are provided with clear opportunities to review and provide feedback at key milestones — including scripts, storyboards, design concepts and draft deliverables. Our standard projects include two rounds of revisions at each stage, with additional revisions available where required.
Kindred Learning maintains an experienced network of creative professionals, subject matter experts and delivery partners. Where specialist skills are required, we engage trusted subcontractors who work within our quality standards, project management framework and cultural protocols.
We use a range of project management and collaboration tools to support effective communication and delivery. We are also flexible in adopting client-specific platforms where required by your organisation's systems and processes.
