About Us

Learning That Connects. Stories That Inspire. Experiences That Create Impact.

Kindred Learning is an Indigenous-owned, women-led learning and communications agency that helps organisations educate, engage and communicate through instructional design, eLearning, animation, video production and culturally informed content solutions.

We work with government agencies, corporate organisations and community groups across Australia to transform complex information into engaging experiences that build capability, foster understanding and create meaningful outcomes.

Whether we're developing workforce learning programs, producing stakeholder engagement resources or creating multimedia content, our focus remains the same: helping people connect with information in ways that are practical, accessible and memorable.

Our Story

Kindred Learning was established with a simple belief: Learning should be engaging. Communication should be meaningful. Storytelling should create connection.

Across Australia, organisations invest significant resources into workforce capability, stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives. Yet too often, important information is delivered in ways that fail to engage audiences or achieve lasting impact.

Kindred Learning was created to help organisations approach these challenges differently. By bringing together learning expertise, creative capability and culturally informed approaches, we help organisations communicate more effectively and build stronger connections with the people they serve.

Our Vision

To create meaningful learning and communication experiences that empower people, strengthen organisations and contribute to thriving communities.

Our Mission

To transform complex information into engaging learning, communication and multimedia solutions that build capability, foster understanding and create lasting impact.

What Makes Us Different

Learning, Storytelling and Engagement Under One Roof

Many organisations engage separate providers for learning design, communication strategy, video production and creative services. At Kindred Learning, these capabilities work together. Our integrated approach enables us to create cohesive experiences that align learning objectives, communication goals and audience engagement strategies — resulting in stronger outcomes, greater consistency and more efficient project delivery.

Indigenous-Owned and Women-Led

Kindred Learning is proud to be an Indigenous-owned and women-led business. Our leadership reflects a commitment to inclusion, representation and creating opportunities for greater Indigenous participation within the learning, communications and creative sectors.

Our Indigenous ownership is not simply a business classification. It informs how we approach collaboration, engagement and storytelling. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen projects, create richer conversations and lead to better outcomes for organisations and communities alike.

Our Values

Cultural Integrity

We respect Indigenous voices, perspectives and knowledge through authentic engagement and representation. Cultural integrity guides how we develop content, engage communities and approach storytelling.

Collaboration

Strong partnerships create stronger outcomes. We work closely with clients, communities and delivery partners to ensure every project is informed, inclusive and effective.

Excellence

We are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets the highest professional standards. From learning design and video production to stakeholder engagement and project management.

Accessibility

Information should be accessible, engaging and easy to understand. We specialise in transforming complex content into practical experiences that support learning, communication and action.

Meaningful Impact

We believe the best projects create positive outcomes for people, organisations and communities. Our work is guided by a commitment to creating value that extends beyond project completion.

Supporting Positive Outcomes Through Procurement

Organisations are increasingly looking for opportunities to create positive social impact through procurement decisions. By partnering with Kindred Learning, clients gain access to high-quality learning, communication and multimedia services while supporting Indigenous participation, supplier diversity and social procurement objectives.

We believe meaningful impact is created when organisations align project outcomes with broader social and community benefits. This philosophy informs both the work we deliver and the partnerships we build.
